Modus Operandi:
The ball starts to roll when a client / prospect gets in touch with a project that they are working on. Ideally with a brief, but it can be discussed on the phone. When we've understood your requirements, we’ll do some research and put together a proposal [main points, features / benefits, layout etc] for the work to be done. At this stage, all costs will be shown.
Until the costs are agreed, and proposal is signed off, there are no charges made by OmniScriptor.
It is sometimes the case that clients will ask us to undertake a project completely, such as:
printing, collation and sending of a mailshot
printing (and distribution) of flyers
supplying event banners
email campaigns
design, creation and upgrading (SEO) of websites
All such projects are undertaken only at your written (email) instruction.
